  17. Richard Stoller Great paintings but Robert Bechtle's SF 1970's car and street paintings are probably more in line with 1930's Hopper.

  25. Marco Tulio Riccioppo I found some works to be good in their own right and yes, there's some of Mr. Hopper's in them. Most of the selection falls short, though. I wouldn't dare list them as "inspired by Hopper".

  33. William Rhodes L'ATTESA or ( the wait) by Paola Adornato from Italy is Truly worth studying, this painting has a great flavor of Edward Hopper. Also her use of colors comes right out of the 1950 dinner look. Very nice work from a top Italian artist !

    July 27, 2014 at 11:12 am
  35. P. Michael Connolly The similarities are undeniable. From the themes, to the color and use of shadow, quite a few of them have the flavor of a Hopper .

I'm so pleased to have seen them. Did I miss one, or was there a John Register in this collection ? He is another artist that I would consider, being inspired by Mr. Hopper.
