Holocaust Memorial Sculpture Collection by Dana Naumann

A series of 17 metal and mixed media sculptures commemorating the 6 Million Jews and others killed by the Nazis before and during World War II. This series is dedicated to Mr. Naumann's long-time friend Sigmund Strochlitz (1916 Bedzin, Poland – 2006 Branford, CT) a survivor of the Auschwitz Death Camp, where his parents and sisters were murdered. In later life, Mr. Strochlitz became a friend and associate of Elie Wiesel, and co-founder of the Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C.
