I am a visual artist from Hamburg, Germany.
Large and small-format graphite drawings are the essential aspect of my work, which I combine with objects, installations, and text elements.
The human being is both a design element and the central theme of my work. The relationships between individuals within a group, the dynamics between the subject and the collective, as well as the characteristics of interpersonal relationships are research focuses that I address in my works. A particular emphasis is placed on engaging with fundamental questions concerning human existence, such as: Where do we come from? Where are we going? Is there a higher purpose? How are things interconnected? How does our highly complex body and mind fit into the organism of nature?
