About The Artwork
One of a series of original works created during my residency at Rensing Center in Pickens South Carolina and then finished back at my studio in Kansas City. My husband and I visited Caesar's Head Park and walked the trails I love how the path disappears into a beautiful maze of flowers and colorful trees. A granitic gneiss outcropping atop the dramatic Blue Ridge Escarpment gives Caesars Head State Park its name.
