About The Artwork
Laying back, she scuttles across the sea bed in random, but determined directions, as she seeks out detritus for her consumption. Her large master (mistress) claws snap as they mow down possibilities of nourishment, taking in copious quantities of water simultaneously. Sometimes, she can remain in a favoured spot and just wait for vulnerable prey. The veritable weight of these appendages sometimes appear so disproportionate to her body, they can be expected to break away.
