About The Artwork
The gravitational pull on the body appears to be momentarily separating her body parts.. Having climbed the seemingly, never-ending stairway to the top of the apparatus, her legs are already tired and dropping forward. There is no turning back and any means of support appear a very long way down. The rushing of air is ferocious and fear-mongering as she tries vainly to concentrate on remaining straight so as not to crash into the protective side architecture. The water spray feels as hard and abusive on her face and body as if it were the real rocks from the ground below. What a rush!
