The tight-rope of survival for this eaglet has snapped. By self design or predatory interference, this youngster has met with foul play. The Farmer's wife had been vigilantly watching this beautiful creature from the very first days of life. She is equally distressed and both fight frenetically for survival..her from his razor claws, snapping beak and maniacal wings; he from the crushing grips on his already broken body. Eventually, with all the might of processed thought, she engulfs both their beings with a calmness that seduces the wild beast into a state of static consciousness and slowly walks towards her home to nurse the baby back to health.
