Artist Andrey Marin was born in the northern Russian city of Murmansk in 1986. He is deeply inspired by numerous renowned artists and exhibitions that he has visited in many museums across St. Petersburg, Russia, where he resided until recently. Driven by a firm stance against violence and a disagreement with state policies, Marin publicly condemned the war and decided to leave Russia. His artistic vision is rooted in a commitment to peace and ethical integrity, influencing both his life choices and the themes explored in his artwork.
