I'm learning to love me Painting

Love is the subject matter and the birthplace of my art. As a woman who’s always been “in love” with the idea of love itself, I constantly find myself pulled towards the exploration of what love might mean or look like in different contexts to different eyes. Being obsessed with the color pink ever since I was a child, I believe it to be the true color of love; hence why it’s prominent in my artwork. I paint the concept of love in a palette consisting mainly of pink in all its shades and hues, complementing it with vibrant colors that speak out to the eye, in exploration of how the energy of love works. In this ongoing work-in-progress collection, I am introducing the viewer to a dance of love that encloses rich deep meaning behind, putting them to reflect and explore how love manifests in their life in different contexts. My art started out as a question behind my spiritual quest of seeking love in every part of my life, radiating love and light, and conveying the energy to others through my work. I am challenging the common modern idea that denies the existence of love in the negative, bringing forth the polarity of everything in the universe.
