Contact us.I am an artist currently living and working in Madrid, Spain.
From a very young age, I showed a strong aptitude for the visual arts, and when I began my formal education, I chose to pursue a career in this field.
I graduated with honors with a degree in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), after which I continued with postgraduate studies. During this time, I was awarded a scholarship to study for a year at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma—an artistic and life-changing experience that deeply influenced me and reaffirmed my commitment to figurative art, a commitment that remains strong to this day.
My artistic practice focuses primarily on painting and drawing, although I occasionally explore three-dimensional expression through sculpture. I am interested in a wide range of subjects, all connected in one way or another to my personal experience, through which I seek to achieve a sincere aesthetic expression. My work frequently features portraits, the human figure, and spaces, whether real or imagined.
At times, these elements come together in more ambitious compositions of an allegorical, poetic, or symbolic nature, often with narrative intentions. At other times, I offer a more personal and formal interpretation of everyday, intimate motifs that capture my attention, seeking to imbue them with new aesthetic meaning. I strive to emphasize those elements of visual language that, in my view, reveal a “hidden beauty” or a truth that goes beyond mere imitation.
Although I am currently focusing once again on developing personal projects, I have always balanced my practice with commissioned work. Over the past fifteen years, drawing on my skills, I have also worked as a draftsman and illustrator across various fields within the applied arts.
