Pointer Arrows Painting

I like being able to transfer imagery from magazines and newspaper. Although the image comes out backwards it was a quick method for putting imagery on the canvas. I started using comic strips because it allowed for multiple layers without each layer being covered over by the last layered applied. It was my hope that the viewer would take a closer and more careful look at the painting, adding arrows as if they were pointing at something for the viewer to look at. Applying existing images was, for me, another way to "paint."
