About The Artwork
I wanted to capture the inner self at a state of complete peace and love, I tried to depict this love in form of a whirling Sufi dancer who is seen in state of pure trance, he is losing the sense of his physical self and connecting with his true inner self which is at complete peace and love. The whirling sufi seen from above justifies the use of the graphic circular shape and it is intended to bring a certain energy to the artwork.
