This photo is a triple exposure on 35mm film, taken at Musashi Urawa train station in Saitama - about 40mins from the centre of Tokyo. It symbolises the headspace and confusion that one is thrown into when commuting into Tokyo - the piercing jingles combined with the sombre demeanor of salarymen playing their part in the ratrace, can almost make you feel disembodied as if you are living in an alternate reality! The original artwork is is signed and numbered on the back and printed on matte finish C-type photographic paper.
