Multiverse Magic Sculpture

This is an exploration of materials such as paper suspended in air with use of wire. I made beads from magazine cut-outs, reinforced them by sealing with low-gloss acrylic sealer, strung them on wire with a variety of found beads, as well as yarn pompoms and handmade paper mache balls that I painted with acrylic. Their connections are intuitive, but also were assembled and disassembled a few times, in order to find the right points of contact. The shapes and lines they make are arbitrary, but you may alter them - that's why I call it interactive - as they allow some degree of modification, according to your own personal mood and inclination. Some lines are quite rigid and use heavy-duty wire, others are quite flexible for bending and creating new angles. Have fun with it - you're the creator of own multiverse. The artwork is quite light-weight, and hangs on four pushpins. You may prefer to suspend it in space, rather than hang on wall. The work will be shipped rolled in bubble-wrap, then packaged securely in a box.
