Prince and Princess is produced by Houston-based Nigerian artist, Egbune Harold. It is pony beads glued to wood and it is inspired by the artist heterogeneous background that transverses his cultural heritage, Oshogbo art, western education and metropolitan influences. Thematically it captures the ambience of royalty in stylized forms.

Egbune Harold Cheche is a painter, illustrator, cartoonist and animator . Born on November 8, 1961. His passion for art and stint span across decades in several media houses like The Guardian, Express and the Punch.His BARK & BITE cartoon ran in the Punch from 1997 to 2009. He is the coordinator of the coalition of Mass Media Illustrators/Cartoonists (COMMIC).His works have been showcased at several fora including the Auchi Alumni Art exhibition, national Museum onikan.1989;.Lagos state contemporary cartoon show (National Arts Theatre, Lagos.(2001). Compilation and publication of artworks adressing women's health and reproductive rights,sponsored by the John D and Catherine T MacArthur foundation Fund for Leadership Development, Chicago; CARTAN exhibition @ Alausa, Lagos, 2002.. Publication of my Martin Luther king (jnr) illustration in ROOT magazine, USA 2012.. His creation are inspired by a heightened instinctiveness to his traditional environment without compromising the influence of technological evolvement.His work is a testament to the fact that creativity thrives in chaos. Egbune Harold Cheche is happily married and lives in Houston.
