ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My first stone sculpture ever. I had just moved to the the most southern province of the Netherlands and had two cats to accompany me in the big, old farm....they soon fell into a rhythm of being very busy during night hours and sleeping all through the the day. One cat was black, the other one red. They had the habit of cuddling up to each other to sleep, as in the sculpture. I also had a recordplayer and three or four alblums to play. One of the L.P.-records was by Crosby,Stills and Nash.
