About The Artwork
This drawing talks about the rape. He was born of confidence of friends who who suffered this crime and trauma. My friends have the same attitude, very free sexuality. Search for extreme sexual experience, prostitution or paid sexuality. The feeling of the break between body and spirit and necessity to reconnect body, mind and sexuality. And also the great importance of a lawsuit. My drawing tries to evoke all these aspects of psychological consequences. The text (Français / English) : Un jour on m'a fait du mal. Pour me reconstruire, il m'a fallut un procès. Ensuite je me suis autorisé à prendre beaucoup de plaisir avec mon corps. Et à aller vers des situations extrêmes. Enfin, j'ai fait payer les hommes. One day, Someone hurt me. To pull myself together, it took me a trial. Next, i allowed myself to have a lot of fun with my body and to go to extreme situations. Finally i made men pay.

I am creative when I create... I'm a man. I was born and i live in Marseille, in the south of France, with a view on Mediterranean sea ! (That's very important) I live with Delphine and we have 4 childrens. I consider that three of them are artists. My main work axis is the body. Human or animal. The body says everything about everything, it speak about mighty and weakness. Joy and sadness. Fear and courage. It is a palimpsest where history of individualities is always written and erased. The body is also used to hide and appear. This theme is endless ! My medium : Watercolor, acrilyc, oil pastels, natural pigments, ink, pencil, pen, black stone, charcoal, and material. I often say "In painting, what I like is the drawing !" My works are collected in private collections in France ; Marseille, Nice, Paris, Toulouse (where some people bought me more than one painting) and others regions in France. I also sold some of my works in Belgium, Italy and Germany
