""Infinity"" Artwork

Anna Yakusheva (b. 1991) is a Ukrainian contemporary artist based in the UK. Her practice brings together painting, collage and symbolic visual structures to investigate human perception, identity and the ways we construct our understanding of reality. Drawing on philosophical inquiry and visual experimentation, she explores how meaning emerges, how assumptions shape our experience and how familiar images can be reconsidered.

Holding a master’s degree in fine arts and interior design, Anna combines academic training in drawing and painting with an experimental approach to visual representation. In 2024, she developed Quantum Collage, her signature technique combining layered watercolour, magazine fragments, handwritten text and universal symbols. By recontextualizing existing imagery and bringing together elements from different visual sources, she creates multilayered compositions that connect personal experience with broader questions of perception and contemporary visual culture.

Since 2024, Anna has been actively developing her international exhibition practice. Her works has been presented at Paris Art Expo 2025 and Doncaster Art Fair in England, alongside other group exhibitions and appeared in contemporary art publications. Her paintings are held in private collections across the UK, USA, Europe and Russia.

Anna is also the founder and coordinator of Metamorphosis, a community of women artists, and is currently developing her first autobiographical solo exhibition project, “The Path to Inner Freedom.”
