Véronique Egloff is a self-taught French painter, born in 1962. She lives and works in Brittany, France.

A “living” work :
Viewing art as one of the most significant testaments to the richness of humanity, Véronique Egloff uses this form of expression to give a voice to “the living.” Her dense, abundant work highlights the struggle life undertakes to counterbalance the negative impacts of human presence on Earth. The artist seeks to raise awareness and spark a realization in the viewer; she readily embraces diverse, unconventional artistic techniques whenever they help her draw closer to the vision she holds in her mind.

From Communication to Art :
A graduate of a top business school, Véronique Egloff draws ongoing inspiration from her former career as a communications project manager—a profession she left to become a visual artist. She frequently uses the communication tools of consumer society as her medium. Her starting point is often an advertising slogan or a fragment of an image, which she then reappropriates and transforms using acrylic paint into a final piece—a work that conveys an entirely new message, one that might even serve as a "campaign" of its own.
