About The Artwork
This rural landscape I painted during the Spring plein air in the Lianyungang countryside. I was fascinated by the calmness and the beauty of that place. Freezing air, a fog was covering the mountain, blooming trees and freshness of the greenery, bright selling soil after the rain. It gives very meditative and calming feeling. The artwork made in a pastel colors. The paint is laid on in impasto style.
