About The Artwork

This ceramic ware is made of "stoneware" clay. Each stage of vases production is formed manually. The vase is covered with glaze. The vase looks unusual, as if it were a fragment of some other planet from space. The fault looks like it's an aorta, like the work is breathing. The work is also similar to a shell, which gives it a special uniqueness. The vase will be a wonderful part of the interior, as well as an original gift. Wash the vase only by hand. Vase moulding by hand, without the use of a potter's wheel, from one piece of brown clay. The vase is roasted in a muffle oven 2 times, the firing temperature varies from 1000 to 1150 degrees Celsius. The work embodies the DNA of the artist's style - uneven shapes, smoothness and original presentation of the product. The vase can be used as a household item in the kitchen. The vase is intended only for decoration, you can't pour water into it.

I, Ksenia Kozhakhanova. I am an artist with great experience, despite the fact that I am 30 years old. Behind my shoulders is an art school, as well as the art faculty of Tomsk State Pedagogical University. To be honest, I don’t remember myself not in work, there were always plans and dreams about large paintings and galleries. Some of these dreams have already begun to come true. I was trained by the wonderful Armenian artist R. Aslanyan - it was his school that gave me a love for colors, shapes, lines, it was he who gave me the store of knowledge that fills me to this day. My painting, like many others, went through different stages from realism to expressionism, but now I work in the style of impressionistic symbolism. My passion for painting is modern, trendy, stylish, girls and boys. They love to travel and discover new horizons. In the morning they go to the best establishment in the city for fresh coffee and bites, they work for themselves, and they love themselves by anyone, regardless of orientation, skin color, weight, and nationality. They are people of the 21st century, they go to a psychologist and they are not afraid to seem different from everyone else! And in each picture - a new story - a new destiny. Creativity for me is sometimes a story about myself, about my dreams and goals, about what worries me at a given moment in time. Creativity for me is an endless flow of energy from which I feed myself, and of course, I cannot imagine myself without creativity - this is my life!
