Contact us.Fahad Nur Romadoni is a visual artist who has been actively working for almost four years. His journey into art stems from a drive for self-exploration, using art as a medium to understand identity, emotions, and the ever-changing dynamics of life.
In his artistic practice, Fahad combines various styles such as abstraction, cubism, expressionism, and doodle art. This fusion creates an expressive visual language full of layers of meaning, characterized by fragmented forms, spontaneous lines, and dynamic compositions. His work presents not only visuals but also reflective inner experiences.
The themes of Fahad's work focus on self-identity, growth, resilience, awakening, awareness, and the spiritual journey. He also records the developments in life around him, which he then translates into personal and symbolic visual forms. The fragmentation in his work represents the process of searching for and reconstituting the meaning of life.
In 2025 and 2026, Fahad participated in art exhibitions in Yogyakarta and Surakarta, as part of his efforts to expand the reach of his work and foster dialogue with the public.
Moving forward, Fahad is committed to furthering his artistic exploration, opening an art-based merchandise store, and forging cross-disciplinary collaborations. For him, art is a lifelong journey that is not only about visual achievement, but also about ongoing growth and self-awareness.
My current artistic practice explores themes of identity, personal growth, resilience, and spiritual awareness. I primarily work through a blend of abstract, cubist, expressionist, and graffiti-based visual languages to reflect the fragmented yet evolving nature of human experience. My works often emerge from introspection, translating emotions, life transitions, and the surrounding environment into layered compositions that feel both chaotic and intentional. In terms of materials, I experiment with a mixed-media approach, combining traditional drawing and painting techniques with spontaneous mark-making. This allows me to create dynamic textures and forms that reflect the uncertainty of my personal journey. Fragmentation plays a central role in my work, symbolizing how identity is shaped over time through challenge, healing, and self-discovery. My artistic approach is intuitive and process-oriented. I embrace imperfection, repetition, and unconscious movement as a means of accessing deeper psychological and emotional states.
