Montbiel, near Klosters. As children, we would walk down to the mountain stream with our family. I was always a little frightened by the descent; it felt too steep for me. My brothers built small dams along the Landquart River. My aunt often took me mushroom hunting in the forest. "You go that way, ...

Contact us.My work is rooted in metamorphosis.
I take an image from the real world and transform it until another reading emerges—often an unexpected one. I’m not interested in reproducing what I see, but in revealing what hides inside the material, what the eye doesn’t immediately catch.
Digital tools give me freedom. They let me work fast, welcome the unexpected, and let forms appear that wouldn’t exist otherwise. I move through intuition and successive trials, until a structure surfaces.
Foisonnement is my tool: whatever rises beyond the form becomes matter.
At that point, it’s no longer about technique—it’s a way of following what wants to take shape.
When an image finds its balance, a narrative often appears. I don’t write it to explain the work, but as a natural extension of what is already happening inside it. Image and text move together: one opens a question, the other answers in its own way.
Through this approach, I’m less interested in representation than in revealing spaces of perception. My work explores what transforms, what shifts, what escapes. Each piece is an attempt to give form to this inner movement, with no beginning and no end.
Based in Québec, I continue this evolving research, attentive to what appears when one image dissolves and another takes its place.
Just an impression
When an artwork seems finished on screen, another stage begins: the moment of printing.
This is where colors encounter matter, where light stops being emitted by a screen and is instead reflected by a surface.
Each print becomes a kind of test of truth. Some images remain stable, others transform, and some reveal a depth that the screen had not yet shown.
At times, I even discover that the print surpasses the digital image. Greens gain depth, lighter areas become material, and colors find a new balance.
The print brings me precise information. It allows me to adjust the image so that the final print reveals the full presence of the work.
When I approve a print, that version becomes the reference. The image displayed online then corresponds exactly to the final printed work.
