Beech saplings woven into plain weave with string. Exhibited at the international mini textile exhibition, ’Miracle,’ Bratislava 2020 A plain weave, with string secured these Beech saplings, showcasing the characteristic pointed buds. The eye is drawn up from the bottom of the weaving, following the stem. The saplings stand in a proud row, as though they are strong in growth. Embroidery was added to create an illusion of many more in the background.
