About The Artwork

She had an uncommon position regarding to the paint history. Many painter have use the pose of the figure in their paintings to provocate or to estimulate better said any emotions in the viewer. But times change and so the values and the limits of the moral of everyone and every ethical aspect. And what seems provocative 100 years ago, nowadays it could be for the new generations tasteless due to it could be too disconnected with the rhythm or behaviours of the current society or social life. So the collection is trying to use the pose to show the new emotional spectrum that rise within the contemporary era. And between all the infoxication epoch that we live it must be explicit: Every face in this collection wants to express an unpleasant state for the viewer. That gives to the viewer a difficult position. The painting has such an intense and powerful emotion that is difficult to pass near by without paying atention. But the viewer could be not confortable watching the painting due to the face expression which is bold and aggressive. Part 4/6. If you wanna know more about the narrative side of this collection (It's a 6 artworks collection), I suggest you to keep exploring other paintings from the collection. You'll find more about the history behind them.

First contact was with Spray cans in my hometown, along with other artists from the province. Seduced by cultural diversity, I began to study Architecture in Catalonia. I focused on drawing as an expression tool. I enjoyed the possibilities and opportunities that take place in big european cities like Barcelona. Interested in traveling and to know new cultures, I have tried to learn constantly from others traditions and cultures so different that we can find both within Europe and in the rest of the world. "Art must be a guarantee of people's health." Art is considered a tool for change: to correct the alienation that people today suffer from the capitalist market. Because of the frenetic and dizzying rhythm of contemporary society.
