About The Artwork
A number of years ago I lived in a Victorian farmhouse surrounded by 4 large old maples. A favourite time of my day was spent drinking tea on the porch and observing the wildlife hosted by these trees. My favourites were the little squirrels, who scampered up and down the trees all day long going about their daily business. I painted this picture in commemoration of those lovely days and those lovely little animals which were all part of the great pleasure those great trees provided.
