Planet "X 66" is Giclée print in which I am focus on experimenting with novel approach atypical of classical graphic art. BT 23 is so-called anaglyph graphic print. When the viewer puts on 3D anaglyph glasses, the shapes within the painting either rise above or slightly sink into the surface. In terms of subject matter planet "X 66" deal with the quest for new planet similar to Earth. Ever since the dawn of civilisation, man has been discovering and exploring new terrestrial spaces, establishing and creating habitable environments, and since the beginning of the 21st century increasingly often seeking new extra-terrestrial places that could be ideal for biological life- a new Nature.

Miran Kres graduated at the University of Ljubljana. He held his first group and solo exhibitions while still a student and just after graduation. For a period of time, Kres lived and worked in Amsterdam, where he received considerable attention with several notable fine arts and multimedia projects. Since his return to Slovenia, Kres has worked as a freelance artist. His media include painting, graphic art, and installation, while colour, light and space, or their psychological effect on the viewer, make up the common thread that runs through his work. Kres engages in exploration of artistic forms, with increasingly minimalist yet intensely manifested colours and shapes. He‘s aim is to present a form of sensuality beyond the confines of language, whereby the work holds the viewer in a physical dialogue via his sense of sight. His works are part of public and private collections.
