In the search for color harmony and balance I give expression to thoughts, sensations, emerged from the subconsciousness. My paintings reflect different emotional states: tenderness, dream like, peace, love, even sadness since “Bitterness is even in the cup with the best love: because it excites longing for the super human, because it excites hunger in you – the artist! “according to Nietzsche. “In the paintings of Nadya Peovska are coded states in moments from the suspended time. The mind perceives the color and the light perceives the clean and simple forms. The female silhouette is the main character. Alternating body movements of female figures are caught in stop motion as if out of a film tape. Persons are indistinguishable, unrecognized as backlift facing inward. And with each subsequent stage motion is detected – a moment of deep thought, memory, desire, dream, rest, waiting. In the background the colors of nature breathe deep, warm and calm.
