The black can be a right background behind all colors that we can’t love. The black can be our friend, sometimes, and only when we want it. The black… It’s the black of our thoughts, of impossible loves, of the deaths that we see inside us, of the hopelessness that can’t grow up. “Aurore e Bufere” seems to be full of black, only black. The background, the looks, the lawn that can’t be green. It seems to be full of black. But the truth is another. “Aurore e Bufere” made by Anna Maria Saponaro, inspired by the magic mythologic of “Lake of the swan”, respects what we made around us, so the colors of our brain. The truth is this: we love despite the black. Despite the evil that continues to invest in us, and despite the wings that can’t fly. The main characters are two dancers. They dance not knowing what it’s happening around them, and they do it deeply. Lost in their happy eyes, they don’t care about the sadness that stays in that place. So, the truth is this: the love wins, and the love brings auroras when there seems to be only storms. Fight between good and evil, between white anche black. Always there: in balance between the two realities, in balance between ourselves and the other part of us that seems to love really. Dr Stefania Meneghella

Through a path of growth, the love for Art taught me to feel the interior impulse of representing the surreal. My artworks let themselves be contaminated by the passion for the philosophy and the incessant search of the love, to meet the world in the face of the other, where two souls have the capacity to dream on the clouds of our desires. I paint the silences of sky that become home. I represent the flight, the voice that brings me where the Sun was born, where the love was born in two souls. The child who was in me lives in my works, paints skies, the Sun, and green meadows, paints the love that binds Earth and sky in the eternity. I transmit the purity of children, the clarity of the thoughts that represent the naïve and innocent love. My art is a journey; I bring the seed of my childhood and I see myself as a child while I stay in silence to listen the voice of God who tells me love messages. So, dancers take life in eternal loves, while the poem of love unites art and philosophy. I paint on the canvas the message of God, I listen the silence to communicate it, I paint a world that is part of people who live in the heart of the others. A world that has opened windows: the viewer looks my works and can feel a message: living always with love. In my works, I paint the face and the body of the human being, who become the main character of my artworks. The body transform himself in life and travel in a subjective world but also in a world that can be looked from everyone. So, they start to dance. I pain in this way: tiptoed. I enter slowly myself and I don’t know what it will happen: I am completely overwhelmed, allover when I use the oil on canvas. It’s a pasty technique that gives me different feelings. For me the oil becomes soul, and then life. If I were asked why I paint, I would simply answer which is my life and I can't help it. It's an instinct, that I couldn't live without.
