Like every artist I have my own journey. Although technically I was not always painting what I am painting today but every step I took was bringing me more and more close to what I am painting and where I am today. I was trained in realistic drawing and painting when studying art but as soon as I passed and got my degree I realized my inevitable passion for abstract. Initially I painted abstract for myself only and exhibited my realistic work. But then I found it was not coming from my heart. I feel abstract painting to be more creative and challenging. It is like a lab, you experiment and discover new things. Although the inspiration comes from nature but you see in your finished work what you have never seen before anywhere in this world. For me this is the most fascinating aspect of abstract painting and painting itself.
