Contact us.Madiha Manzoor is a contemporary visual artist whose practice moves across acrylics, oils, and oil pastels to chart the convergence of ecology, cultural memory, and national identity. She began with atmospheric studies of nature and landscape, examining humanity’s bond to land through shifting light, season, and environmental change.
Her focus later turned to wildlife, with the Markhor emerging as a central figure in her work.
Parallel to her wildlife series, Manzoor excavates historical narrative through architectural form. Minar-e-Pakistan is elementle abstraction that hold the weight of the Lahore Resolution of March 23, 1940, and the birth of Pakistan on August 14, 1947. Her “mahjer train” compositions confront Partition-era displacement
merging archival gravity with emotional landscape. Pre-Independence history.
