Before turning to visual art, she spent years as a singer and actress, chasing meaning through performance and emotion. That journey eventually led her to co-own a nightclub — a vibrant space filled with music, colorful people, and raw energy — where her creative voice began to shift from sound to sight.
Today, Haycraft paints with spontaneity and vulnerability, often using her hands to connect directly with the materials. Her compositions layer vivid hues with darker gestures, scribbled words, and raw textures, creating a harmony between beauty and confusion, clarity and chaos.
Through her work, she invites viewers to listen — not with their ears, but with their eyes — and to feel the quiet song that lives inside every painting.
