I am a self-taught artist from Viljandi, Estonia, creating intuitive acrylic paintings that explore the meeting point between the visible and the invisible. My work grows from emotion, silence, energy shifts, and the contrasts that shape human experience: softness and strength, stillness and movement, shadow and light.
I paint in layers, allowing each work to develop its own rhythm, depth, and presence. Some pieces emerge as fluid abstractions, others carry symbolic or figurative elements, but all of them are created with the same intention: to make inner experience felt in a visual form.
I am drawn to the quiet power of art — the kind that does not shout, but stays with you. I also enjoy placing subtle details or hidden traces into a painting, giving the viewer something to discover over time.
For me, art is a way to bring the unseen into view. I create paintings that invite pause, reflection, and a deeper connection with the atmosphere of a space.
Since opening my personal studio-gallery in Viljandi in 2019, I have continued to develop my artistic work through both exhibitions and creative collaborations. In 2020, I took part in Stories and Paintings, a collaborative online project with writer Birgit Itse, combining visual art and storytelling.
