London based artist and photographer. Always doing some form of creativity; exploring all mediums to create 2d and 3D art. I love making abstract art to celebrate colour and the world in which we live. My current series is based on consciousness combined with nature; looking at pattern, symmetry, shape and form. My process. Looking at our environment that we live in, the energy around us and how these elements are connected. When I am in someone’s company, I feel a vibe. Using all of these factors as my inspiration; I try and capture this in my art. This last series has been nature based. For my next one, I am planning a 'man made' series. The materials used were oil pastel, fabrics and photography. All photos and each individual component were taken/created by myself. The fabric art; I made petals from fabric and ribbon. Literally thousands of them. I then adhered the petals to canvas boards. In these ones I have tried to capture what I think ‘consciousness’ looks like. The photography art; Here I have taken photographs, mirrored and then printed. I have created a kaleidoscope by cutting and repeating the individual photos. Slicing them to create interesting shapes and patterns so that the whole artwork is connected. The majority of these photos were taken around Epping Forest and different times of the year. Again, I have tried to create artwork that feels as though it is alive and has a soul. All the squares that are framed are 77cm x 77cm. The art contained is 60cm x 60cm. The smaller unframed pieces, are 30cm x 30cm. Each piece is a one off, no two are the same. All are stand alone. I do tailored and bespoke pieces on a commissioned basis. Do get in touch.
