As a student of philosophy, I have been inspired by the work of writers and filmmakers who address the nature of reality and time in their work. Christopher Nolan’s film “Tenet” gave me much to think about, as the characters in the film are traversing a timeline in which “what’s happened, happened”, but that doesn’t mean that the consequences can’t be corrected in the next pass through. My “Timeline” series addresses this idea.

She uses a variety of disciplines including: dance, video, and photography, to tell stories. She creates imaginary worlds where characters and settings are rooted in the familiar, but are removed from reality. Her creations are made up of dense layers of images and media that explore such disparate things as physics, philosophy, and history in a dramatic fashion.
