This artwork combines two passions. I was a professionnal make-up artist in television for many years before leaving to follow my other passion for visual arts. I kept one of my old brushes and used it to create this mixed-media painting that embodies the magic in these two worlds.

For me, nature is not only an inexhaustible source of inspiration, but also the nursery that provides the raw materials (wood, roots, bones, mushrooms, flowers, etc.) from which I create my work. Nature allows me to create endlessly and, strangely, dictates new sculptures to me. I love to create for people, to see them be amazed and fascinated by the beauty of the world around us. My sculptures help them escape for a moment and see the world in a different way. Each piece I create is unique. I try to magnify nature in free and inspired works.
